    Testimonials

    Image 1

Dr. Srikar Pardeshi (IAS) Secretary to Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra

This is the first time I have ever witnessed that an organization like VARHAD, which is devoted in working for the education of children of prisoners. If such organizations come up more in numbers and work in every part of India, there will be a brighter future of every child of prisoners.

    Image 2

Mr. Krishna Prakash (IPS) Special Inspector General of Police, Maharashtra Police

VARHAD is the only organization which is working for the rights of the prisoners and numerous prisoners are able to get justice out of it. All the Police Authorities should show the helping hand to VARHAD so that maximum number ofprisoners get justice in every part of our country.

    Image 3

Mr. E.Z. Khobragade (IAS) Former Commissioner, Women and Child Development

VARHAD is the only organization that works at the grassroot levels for the welfare of the children of prisoners, many other organizations should also come forward to collaborate in this process.

Mr. Vasant Purke Former Education Minister, Government of Maharashtra

VARHAD’s initiative of Adult Literacy Programmes for the women prisoner is phenomenal which creates awareness of fundamental rights among them and makes them independent in many ways.
